With bitcoin hitting record highs, Americans are waking up to the freedom that is cryptocurrency.
In Congress, I will oppose unnecessary regulations on cryptocurrency and support a clear regulatory framework for the industry that gets government out of the way.

Government has no business imposing arbitrary and burdensome regulations on the financial freedom of the American people. Existing law already protects consumers and punishes fraudsters, we do not need a separate set of rules for cryptocurrency.
